Enemy Buster Day Guide
What Is Enemy Buster Day?
Enemy Buster is Day 6 (Saturday) of the Alliance Duel VS event — the final and most important day of the week. It is a PvP-focused day where the primary way to score points is by killing enemy troops in combat.
At 4 victory points, Enemy Buster alone is worth more than Days 1–3 combined. Winning or losing this single day often decides the entire duel.
Days 1–5 are worth a total of 8 VP. Enemy Buster is worth 4 VP by itself — one third of all victory points available in the week. Even if your alliance loses every other day, winning Enemy Buster keeps you in contention. Losing it when you are behind almost guarantees a duel loss.
Scoring Activities
Enemy Buster rewards points for both combat and non-combat activities. Understanding all of them is critical for maximising your score.
Combat Activities
Higher-level troops are worth more points per unit. Killing or losing level 10 troops generates significantly more points than level 1 troops. This applies to all three combat categories above.
Non-Combat Activities
UR trade trucks, Legendary secret tasks, and speedups generate points regardless of whether you fight. These are reliable, risk-free points that every player — including F2P and lower-power members — should be contributing. Do not skip these just because it is a combat day.
The 5x Rival Multiplier
The single most important mechanic on Enemy Buster day is the 5x point multiplier for killing troops belonging to the rival duel alliance. This means:
- Killing 1,000 rival alliance troops earns the same as killing 5,000 troops from any other alliance
- Always prioritise attacking the rival alliance over random targets
- Use the Alliance Assaults tab in the event interface to teleport directly to the rival server for free
- Coordinate with your alliance to focus fire on rival targets
If the rival alliance is shielded or too strong, killing non-rival troops still earns standard points — but the efficiency difference is enormous.
Reward Chest Thresholds
Enemy Buster follows the same 9-chest reward structure as other VS days:
- Chests 1–3 are available to all players
- Chests 4–6 require the Advanced Reward Alliance Duel research
- Chests 7–9 require the Super Reward Alliance Duel research
- Chests contain Valor Badges, diamonds, speedups, and other resources
- Players who finish in the Top 30 for individual daily points receive additional bonus rewards
If you have the Alliance Duel research unlocked, aim for 7,200,000 points to claim all 9 chests. This is achievable through a combination of combat kills, speedup usage, UR trucks, and secret tasks. Once you hit 7.2M, you have claimed the maximum personal reward.
Preparation Checklist
Start preparing for Enemy Buster from the beginning of the VS week:
During the Week (Monday–Friday)
- Train maximum troops — you need a large army for combat and you earn points even when troops die
- Upgrade barracks — higher barracks unlock higher-tier troop training, which means more points per unit
- Stockpile shields — you need 24 hours of shield coverage for Saturday (three 8-hour shields or equivalent)
- Save healing speedups — do not use healing speedups before Saturday
- Save teleports and fuel — you need these for reaching enemy targets
- Accumulate UR trade truck contracts — save Trade Contracts for refreshing the truck list on Saturday
- Save Secret Orders — use these to refresh secret tasks to Legendary tier on Saturday
Friday Night
- Activate a shield before sleeping — enemies from other time zones may attack overnight as Saturday begins
- Remove troops from your defence lineup — go to your wall, uncheck all squads. This prevents accidental troop losses while you are shielded and offline
- Scout enemy targets — identify rival alliance bases that have troops stationed at home
Saturday Morning (Event Start)
- Wait for the 5-minute countdown after reset — points scored during this window do not count
- Dispatch UR trade trucks immediately — guaranteed points with zero risk
- Complete Legendary secret tasks — refresh with Secret Orders until you get gold/orange tasks
- Use all remaining speedups — healing, training, construction, and research speedups all count
- Coordinate attack timing with your alliance — do not attack solo
Combat Strategy
For Active Fighters
- Use the Alliance Assaults tab — this gives you a free teleport to the rival server
- Travel in groups of 4–5 — teleport together with alliance members for mutual protection
- Scout every target before attacking — hitting an empty base earns zero kill points
- Focus fire — assign specific targets to avoid splitting rallies across too many enemies
- Rally large targets — use rallies for well-defended bases rather than solo attacks
- Heal and re-send — after battles, immediately use healing speedups to heal troops and send them back into combat
- Garrison allies — when one player attacks, others should garrison that player's base for protection
- Shield between attacks — if you need to go offline even briefly, shield up immediately
For Defensive/F2P Players
Not everyone can or should fight directly. Lower-power and F2P players can still contribute significantly:
- Stay shielded for the full 24 hours — your primary job is to not give the enemy free kill points
- Remove troops from defence — this protects your army if your shield drops accidentally
- Dispatch UR trade trucks — these generate reliable points at no risk
- Complete Legendary secret tasks — refresh until gold tasks appear and complete them
- Use all saved speedups — dump every remaining healing, training, construction, and research speedup
- Garrison stronger allies — send your troops to reinforce a fighting alliance member's base
An unshielded low-power base is a gift to the enemy — free kill points with no risk on their side. By shielding, you deny the enemy easy points while still contributing through trucks, tasks, and speedups. A shielded player who dispatches UR trucks and uses speedups is worth far more than an unshielded player who gets farmed.
Shield Management
Shields are the most important resource on Enemy Buster day. Mismanaging them can cost your alliance the duel.
Key Shield Rules
- Shields drop when you scout or attack — any offensive action removes your shield immediately
- 8-hour shields cost approximately 1,500 diamonds or can be purchased with alliance points
- You need 24 hours of coverage — plan three 8-hour shields or a combination that covers the full day
- Time your attacks — if you plan to fight, coordinate a specific window, drop shield, attack, then re-shield
- Never sleep unshielded — activate a shield before logging off, even for short breaks
Shield Timing Strategy
- Shield Friday night before sleep (covers overnight into Saturday)
- Drop shield Saturday when your alliance coordinates an attack window
- Re-shield immediately after the attack window ends
- Shield Saturday night before sleep — enemies from other time zones are still active
Common Mistakes
- Attacking solo — lone attackers get surrounded and destroyed. Always travel with alliance members
- Hitting empty bases — zero troops means zero kill points. Always scout first
- Forgetting to remove troops from defence — if your shield drops, your full army gets slaughtered in your base
- Scouting while shielded — scouting is an offensive action and drops your shield
- Not using non-combat scoring — UR trucks and secret tasks are free points that many players forget about
- Wasting speedups on other days — save healing speedups specifically for Saturday
- Fighting without coordination — split attacks on different targets waste marches and reduce kill efficiency
- Going offline unshielded — even a 10-minute break unshielded can cost thousands of troops
Does Enemy Buster Change Between Seasons?
The core Enemy Buster mechanics — combat scoring, the 5x rival multiplier, non-combat activities, and chest thresholds — remain consistent across all seasons. Unlike some other VS days (for example, Building Day gained Armament Materials scoring from Season 4 onwards), Enemy Buster has not received season-specific changes.
This means the strategies in this guide apply whether you are in Pre-Season, Season 1, or Season 5. The fundamentals do not change: kill rival troops, shield when not fighting, and contribute non-combat points.
