Marshal's Guard (Season 3)
Marshal's Guard in Season 3
Marshal's Guard continues every 2-3 days in Season 3. Your alliance has the strongest squads ever — multiple Exclusive Weapons, Scarlett UR, Marshall with weapon, and T10 troops. Combined with Desert Protectors as an additional combat resource, you can push significantly higher difficulty than in Season 2.
For the full event mechanics, see the Marshal's Guard Guide.
If you were clearing Level 9-11 in Season 2, target Level 12-14+ in Season 3. Marshall's Exclusive Weapon boosts your entire rally's damage output. Scarlett UR adds front-line durability. Desert Protectors can supplement your rally force. Every difficulty level increase means better rewards — do not coast on last season's settings.
What Is Different in Season 3
CR Does Not Affect Marshal's Guard
An important clarification: Curse Resistance does not affect Marshal's Guard. The armoured tanks in MG are not Season 3 PvE content — they are a persistent alliance event. Your Virus Resistance and standard combat stats are what matter here, not CR.
- Do not confuse MG difficulty with CR-gated content
- Your CR investment does not help or hurt MG performance
- Standard hero power, gear, and troop quality are the determining factors
Marshall's Exclusive Weapon Impact
Marshall's new Exclusive Weapon has an outsized impact on Marshal's Guard:
- His 16.5% attack buff is amplified by the weapon — the entire rally deals more damage
- His 30% cooldown reduction means more skill activations during the rally window
- Marshall-equipped rallies should out-damage Season 2 rallies by a significant margin
- If your alliance has multiple Marshall players with weapons, stagger them across different rallies
Scarlett UR in Rally Composition
Scarlett's UR promotion gives Tank rallies another strong front-line hero:
- Murphy and Scarlett together in the front row provide exceptional rally durability
- Scarlett's defensive stats at UR-tier mean the rally survives longer against higher-difficulty tanks
- She frees Williams to be used in garrison or backup formations
Desert Protectors as Rally Force
Desert Protectors can supplement your rally troops:
- Protectors deal 10x damage — a small number of Protectors significantly boost rally output
- They are consumed in battle — budget Protectors between MG rounds and Spice Wars
- Do not deplete your Protectors before Spice Wars — if MG falls on Tuesday or Friday, save Protectors for Wednesday/Saturday Spice Wars
- Use Protectors in MG only when you can replenish them before the next Spice Wars round
Always prioritise Spice Wars over Marshal's Guard for Desert Protector allocation. Spice determines your Season 3 ranking. MG provides useful rewards but does not affect rankings. If you must choose between spending Protectors in MG or saving them for Spice Wars, save them for Spice Wars.

Season 3 Rally Strategy
Optimised Rally Compositions
With more heroes and weapons available, diversify your rally compositions:
Rally Rotation
With stronger squads, tighten the rotation:
- R5 and R4 officers start rallies — damage bonuses from rank
- Marshall weapon holders get priority as rally leaders — the team-wide buff benefits all participants
- Stagger starts by 15-20 seconds — maintain continuous damage output
- Cycle for the full 30 minutes — no downtime between rallies
- Rotate Desert Protectors — if using them, spread across rallies rather than stacking in one
Season 3 Checklist
Before every Marshal's Guard:
- Donate construction parts to the Drill Field — the damage bonus is even more impactful with Season 3 damage levels
- Equip Marshall's Exclusive Weapon — do not forget to re-equip after any gear swaps
- Check Desert Protector budget — can you spend some, or do you need to save for Spice Wars?
- Recall all troops and heal all wounded
- Position your base near the platform
- Coordinate rally rotation before the event — designate who starts, who joins
Common Season 3 Marshal's Guard Mistakes
- Not increasing difficulty from Season 2 — your alliance is stronger. Push higher for better rewards
- Confusing CR with MG difficulty — CR does not affect Marshal's Guard. Standard combat stats matter
- Depleting Desert Protectors before Spice Wars — budget Protectors carefully between events
- Not using Marshall's Exclusive Weapon in rallies — his weapon buffs benefit the entire rally force
- Skipping Drill Field donations — the damage bonus compounds with Season 3's higher base damage
- Weak rally rotation — with stronger squads, every second of the 30-minute window matters more
