Sky Battlefront in Season 5

Season 5 Sky Battlefront benefits from the full Exclusive Weapon lineup, T11 troops, and Caffeine buffs that can be timed for maximum rally damage. Your alliance has never been stronger for airship battles. The combination of four new weapons plus all previous weapons means your rally compositions hit harder than any previous season.

Season 5 Sky Power

If your alliance has been timing Caffeine buffs for Bank raids, apply the same discipline to Sky Predator. Brew Skill Damage coffee before rallies and ensure your class-specific Bar is upgraded. The stat difference between coffee-buffed and unbuffed rallies is the difference between clean shield-breaks and failed attempts. Season 5 gives you the tools to dominate Sky Battlefront — use them.

What Is Different in Season 5

Full Exclusive Weapon Lineup

By Season 5, the complete weapon roster is available for rally compositions:

  • DVA with Energy Master — still the strongest rally DPS. Multiple seasons of investment means high weapon levels
  • Morrison with new Exclusive Weapon — enhanced defence shred amplifies all rally damage, not just his own
  • Fiona with new Exclusive Weapon — Radiation DoT is devastating in extended rally fights against the airship
  • Stetmann with new Exclusive Weapon — AoE damage boost for Tank rally compositions
  • Kimberly, Murphy, Marshall, Scarlett, Carlie, Tesla — all with well-levelled weapons from previous seasons

Caffeine-Timed Rallies

The Caffeine Institute adds a critical preparation step:

  • Brew Skill Damage coffee before Sky Predator starts — rally damage scales with skill output
  • Class-specific Bars enhance your squad type's rally contribution
  • The VR component (+200 to +500) provides baseline power increase for all rally participants
  • Coordinate alliance-wide — every rally participant should have coffee active

T11 Troops at Full Power

T11 troops survive longer in airship rallies, meaning more sustained damage per rally:

  • Higher HP means troops live through more airship attacks
  • Higher damage means faster shield-break potential
  • The combined effect of T11 + weapons + coffee is the highest rally damage ever

Morrison's Weapon Is the Key Upgrade

Morrison's new Exclusive Weapon has the highest impact on Sky Predator rally damage because his defence shred is a multiplier:

  • Defence reduction applies to ALL damage the target receives, not just Morrison's
  • A Morrison with high-level weapon in every rally amplifies the entire alliance's damage
  • If your alliance has one Morrison with a levelled weapon, he should be in every rally rotation
Rally Leader Selection in Season 5

DVA with Energy Master remains the strongest rally lead, but Fiona with her new weapon is a viable alternative. Fiona's Radiation DoT is especially effective against the airship because airship fights are longer than standard PvP — more time for Radiation to stack. If your alliance has both a strong DVA and a strong Fiona, run both in separate rallies for type diversity.

Season 5 Shield-Break Strategy

With the strongest squads in history, shield-break strategies are more aggressive:

Your alliance defence is also at peak strength:

  • Murphy with Mitigation Master in garrison makes bases extremely durable
  • Caffeine buffs (Troop Defence coffee) further increase garrison survivability
  • T11 troops with full gold/Mythic gear take significantly more hits before falling
  • Scarlett UR provides additional defensive garrison options for Tank players

Season 5 Must-Do Checklist

Before every Sky Predator:

  1. Brew Skill Damage coffee — ensure buff is active and will last the event duration
  2. Donate to Rush Phase — still the most common mistake across all seasons
  3. Equip ALL Exclusive Weapons — including the four new Season 5 weapons
  4. Recall troops from Trade Train and bank garrison — everything comes home for Sky Predator
  5. Assign rally leaders — DVA and Fiona weapon holders should lead rallies
  6. Ensure Morrison is in rally rotation — his weapon amplifies everyone's damage
  7. Coordinate shield-break timing — stronger squads do not fix bad coordination

Common Season 5 Sky Predator Mistakes

  1. Not brewing coffee before the event — the easiest damage increase available, and too many players skip it
  2. Not using Morrison in rallies — his new weapon makes his defence shred the highest-impact support ability in the game
  3. Ignoring Fiona as a rally lead option — her Radiation DoT is excellent against the airship's high HP pool
  4. Leaving troops on Trade Train escort — recall everything for Sky Predator
  5. Poor rally timing despite stronger squads — the 5-second rule still applies. More damage does not fix bad coordination
  6. Forgetting Rush Phase donations — consistently the most common mistake. Remind every time
  7. Not leveraging all three squad types — Tank, Aircraft, and Missile rallies hit different airship weaknesses. Diversity is strength
