Aircraft Squad Guide (Season 4)
Aircraft in Season 4
Aircraft squads remain the dominant PvP force entering Season 4. The Murphy Exception is fully standard, DVA's Energy Master is at Level 30 across competitive accounts, and Carlie's Exclusive Weapon from Season 2 provides reliable front-line durability. No new weapons or UR promotions arrive in Season 4 — the power shifts come from T11 troops, Tactics Cards, and the unique Evernight Isle mechanics.
Aircraft squads are the spearhead of Copper War offence. When your alliance needs to take a copper-producing city, Aircraft rallies with Assault Raiders and optimised Tactics Cards are the tip of the spear. Your burst damage breaks garrisons, and your type advantage against the Tank defenders holding those cities makes Aircraft the most valuable offensive squad in Season 4.
What Changed from Season 3
T11 Troops
T11 Assault Raiders transform Aircraft burst damage:
- Assault Raiders boost DVA's already devastating burst — the ATK and skill damage increase makes Steel Barrage even more lethal
- Armored Troopers are rarely the right choice for Aircraft players, but consider them if you are assigned garrison duty
- Rally leaders with Assault Raiders improve the entire rally's performance
- See the T11 Troops Guide for unlock requirements
Tactics Cards
Tactics Cards are where Aircraft squads gain the most in Season 4:
- PvP burst damage cards multiply DVA's Energy Master output — cards that boost ATK, crit rate, or energy damage are extremely valuable
- Class-specific Aircraft cards provide better returns than generic stat cards
- The combination of Tactics Cards plus Exclusive Weapons plus T11 troops creates a multiplicative power spike
- Build a PvP loadout before Copper War starts in Week 4
- See the Tactics Cards Guide for details
Darkness and Lighthouse
The darkness mechanic affects Aircraft squads offensively and defensively:
- -20% march speed means your rallies arrive late — timing is everything for Aircraft burst
- Attack during Blood Night when enemy defenders are weakened by darkness and dealing with zombie threats
- The Light Buff adds bonus combat stats — never launch a rally from outside Lighthouse range
- See the Lighthouse Guide for electricity management
The Squad: Season 4 Formation
Murphy Exception Formation (Standard)
The Murphy Exception remains the optimal Aircraft formation in Season 4:
T11 Troop Strategy for Aircraft
Tactics Card Loadout for Aircraft
PvP Loadout (Copper War Offence)
- ATK and crit rate cards — DVA's burst scales exponentially with these stats
- Aircraft-specific combat cards — class bonuses outperform generic alternatives
- Energy damage cards — Energy Master transforms ATK into energy burst
- Burst damage multipliers — Copper War fights are decided in the first exchanges
PvE Loadout (Zombie Farming)
- AoE damage cards — DVA's single-target burst is less efficient for farming than AoE alternatives
- March speed cards — offset the -20% darkness penalty
- Troop survivability — reduce healing costs from daily zombie farming
- Monster damage bonuses — direct damage increase against PvE targets
Copper War Offensive Strategy
Aircraft squads are your alliance's primary offensive weapon in Copper War:
- Target Tank-heavy garrisons — your type advantage means you deal more damage and take less
- Coordinate with Missile teammates to handle enemy Aircraft garrisons
- Launch rallies during Blood Night when defenders are dealing with zombie threats and darkness penalties
- Time your Assault Raiders swap — ensure you are in offensive mode before Copper War pushes
Blood Night is your best attack window in Copper War. Enemy garrisons are weaker, their Lighthouses may be struggling with power consumption, and their attention is split between zombie threats and city defence. Coordinate your alliance to launch Copper War city attacks during the 18:30 Blood Night window when most players are online.
Blood Night Considerations
- Do not launch solo attacks during Blood Night — coordinate with your alliance
- Blood Night is an offensive opportunity, not a farming window — use it for Copper War pushes
- Recall all marches before the 02:30 Blood Night — overnight attacks on your exposed troops waste resources
- DVA's burst is less effective against Doom Elites — their high HP pools resist single-target burst. Rally these as a group
Preparing for Season 5
- Continue starring up DVA — she remains the strongest PvP carry
- Fiona's Exclusive Weapon in Season 5 strengthens Missile squads — expect more Missile opponents
- Aircraft dominance may shift as Missile squads close the power gap
- Your Aircraft investment is never wasted — DVA-led squads remain top-tier through every season
Common Season 4 Aircraft Mistakes
- Attacking without Assault Raiders — if you forgot to swap from Armored, your burst is significantly reduced
- Ignoring Tactics Cards — DVA's burst with optimised cards is dramatically stronger than without
- Launching rallies from dark zones — the -20% march speed and missing Light Buff stat bonuses cost you fights
- Using PvE cards in Copper War — always swap to your PvP Tactics Card loadout before city attacks
- Missing the Blood Night offensive window — the 18:30 window is the best time to attack contested cities
- Not scouting garrison types — sending Aircraft against a Missile garrison wastes your troops
