1. Unofficial fan content
Last War Vault is an independent, community-run fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FunPlus or any official publisher. Last War: Survival and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Game data on the site is community-sourced and provided for informational purposes only.
2. Guides & tools are provided “as is”
Our guides, calculators and the Squad Builder are best-effort estimates based on community data and may be incomplete or inaccurate, and the game changes over time. Use them at your own discretion — we make no guarantee of any in-game result.
3. Supporter access
Some features are available to supporters via a paid access code. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access is for your personal use; please don’t share or resell codes. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected — for any access or billing issue, contact us.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site — no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access areas you are not authorised to. Content you submit (e.g. contact messages) must be lawful.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s original text, layout, tools and visuals are ours. You may reference and share our guides for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.
6. No warranty & limitation of liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
